The absolute worst experience ever! Not only was your Chinese made spoiler 3X more expensive than anywhere else, the fitment is horrible and your customer service is the worst! You first asked for photos which I sent, then you ask for more, which I sent..Then you wask for a video of me trying to install it, which I can't do since it's just me. Then you blame it on having to remove the bumper, which you don't have to...Then you never respond ever and just ghost me!
I have it wired that it’s on when the car itself is on. It looks great! No complaints from me. I absolutely love it.
First one came broken, they were wonderful enough to send me a second for free, that came broken aswell. The quality control is poor with this product.

After 2 months of waiting received my spoiler just for it to show up broken, reached out and they were willing to send a replacement out for me, received that broken aswell, the quality control is the worst ever on this. It’s just a drop shipped product that isn’t inspected well like advertised. Pretty disappointing on my end.

Worst fitment ever! Ivevoredwd a ton of carbon fiber parts over the years and never had one fit this bad! After contacting "customer service" sending in all the photos they asked for, they told me it was because you need to remove the rear bumper to install it. When I pushed back as that is not remotely close to how you install it, they then asked for me to take videos of me trying to install it. What a joke!
Saw a set on another R8 and couldn't stop thinking about them, so I ordered them.

Didn't think I'd like them this much. The front looks a little sharper now.
I did the front vent trim first and added the grille a week later. Now the front looks much more balanced.

Wasn't sure I wanted carbon there, but it grew on me pretty quickly.
Nothing crazy, just a nice little change to the front.
I went back and forth on ordering this for a while. Glad I finally did it.
I almost went with gloss black, but I'm happy I chose carbon.

Took me a little while to get everything sorted, but I'm happy with the result.

So to start, it took this part 40 days to be delivered to me from the day of ordering, with no tracking provided. When it finally arrived the box was in awful shape, and the fitment of the part is not at all how it is shown in the advertised photos. I had the help of two others in getting it lined up and there was absolutely no way it would fit as it should have.(see photo attached to review). I doubt it will hold up and I’m honestly dreading the day it flys off when driving down the road. This is unfortunately one of those rep products I would steer clear of, and to go genuine (oettinger) if you desire this style. Very displeased with the entire purchase.
I picked the car up after the install and ended up taking the long way home.
