Return Policy:

Quality Assurance:

  • At Euro Empire Auto, we take immense pride in the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer a full 100% refund on any products that are faulty and no longer fit for their intended purpose. For items that are slightly deformed, we may accommodate a partial refund based on the extent of the issue.

Made to Order:

  • Made to Order items are NON-refundable and CANNOT be returned once the order has been placed. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our facility to ensure they are in perfect condition when shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect (such as a broken clip or structural issue), you must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

This timeframe is critical because shipping carriers require damage claims to be lodged immediately. If we are not informed within seven days, we cannot open a case with the freight company or recover our costs, and therefore we will be unable to offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the original packaging and box

  • A description of the issue

Once we receive this information, our team will review it and work quickly to resolve the matter with the carrier and provide the appropriate solution.

14-Day Return Policy for Australian Orders:

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if your item is not made to order.
  • Non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Accepted returns for Australian orders will receive a return shipping label and instructions if required.
  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
  • Return costs are paid by the customer if item is non-defective.

International Orders:

  • We do not manage international returns.
  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if your item is not made to order.
  • International customers must organize and cover the costs of return shipping.
  • Non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Uncollected Parcels Returned to Sender:

  • For made-to-order items, if your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection within the courier’s timeframe, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. These items are produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold generally due to the thousands of mould variations we produce. If you wish to receive your item after it has been returned, you will be required to pay the shipping cost again in full before it is re-sent.

    Tracking updates are provided on our tracking page. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their order and arrange delivery or collection within the courier’s specified timeframe. We cannot be held responsible for parcels not collected on time, and repeated occurrences can negatively impact our business.

    For in-stock items, if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund, or alternatively, you may choose to have the item re-sent by covering the shipping cost again in full. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, however this shipping cost is built into our product pricing and is still incurred by us. International shipping costs are significant and cannot be absorbed twice for the same order.

Return Process:

  • Contact us via email at info@euroempireauto.com before sending your item back to verify eligibility.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed upon receiving your return.
  • Items cannot be refunded once shipped

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

As Euro Empire Auto supplies customers globally, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the installation and use of any parts prior to purchase. Many of our products are designed specifically for off-road or track use and may not be deemed road-legal in certain regions. For vehicles used on track, please note that individual tracks may also have their own specific rules and requirements, which should be confirmed directly.

Euro Empire Auto is not liable for any fines, penalties, failed inspections, or other consequences resulting from non-compliance with relevant laws or regulations. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if a product is later found to be non-compliant in your area or does not meet local legal or track-use criteria. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
