Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within three business days and dispatched in 1-3 business days if the items are in stock. Euro Empire Auto does not provide a guaranteed delivery date for items that are out of stock or on backorder. We want to emphasize that Euro Empire Auto is not responsible for any delays caused by the selected courier service. While we will actively pursue and assist with any claims, we cannot be held accountable for delays attributable to the courier.
Shipping Destination: Euro Empire Auto offers delivery services both within Australia or internationally in our asia factory to a variety of international countries.
Shipping Policy – Damage Reporting: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within seven (7) days with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier, as we cannot process replacements or refunds after this period.
Made-to-Order Items:
At Euro Empire Auto, we intentionally offer certain items as made-to-order due to the significant costs associated with carrying stock that may take time to sell. Our carbon parts are produced in our partnered factory located in Asia, where the specialist expertise and equipment required for high-quality carbon manufacturing are based. This approach allows us to deliver bespoke, high-quality products while keeping our business sustainable.
For made-to-order items, it is crucial to ensure timely collection once the courier delivers your package. If the courier returns the item to us due to a failure to collect it on time, only a refund of 50% of the original item price will be issued. Additionally, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your order. While this refund is offered as a courtesy, it barely covers our expenses and may negatively impact our business.
Please understand that this policy is necessary because we offer no returns on made-to-order items, as outlined in our Returns and Refund Policy. We strongly encourage all customers to double-check delivery timelines and make appropriate arrangements to ensure successful collection.
Customs & Duties
For customers in Australia, the USA, the UK, and Canada – all import duties and taxes are fully pre-paid by us, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.
For all other international customers, duties are most likely pre-paid as well. However, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order, as there are a few select countries where we are unable to cover customs clearance fees.
Shipping Costs: We are proud to offer free shipping on most of our products, ensuring exceptional value for our customers. For items that do incur shipping fees, costs are determined based on factors such as the size, weight, and destination of your order. While most shipping is free, in cases where a return is required, we will outline the applicable shipping costs for your order. Any charges for shipping, if applicable, are displayed during the checkout process for transparency and clarity.
