Introducing our RS3 900HP Intercooler & Skinny Crashbar, meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of fabrication and design for street and track performance. This top-tier component represents the pinnacle of our engineering capabilities and is now available as we sell our last unit.

For maximum quality, every RS3 900HP Intercooler is meticulously TIG welded in canada by our welding specialists. Each unit undergoes strict post-welding multi-point inspections and is tested on our leak-down station before shipping, ensuring a reliable product ready for immediate performance.

The end tanks are crafted from high-quality aluminum castings with ultra-thick, reinforced mounts for durability. Precision CNC machining and hand-verification ensure an exact fit. Designed for the 8V RS3 DNWA & DAZA engine, the inlet and outlet ports are specifically CNC machined to prevent boost hoses from popping off. Our engineers have added a flat-stop edge and beveled grooves for a high-friction surface that locks hoses in place. The custom crash bar fits models with or without an ACC camera, ensuring compatibility and enhanced airflow.

Do note this crash bar includes ACC Camera hole, if your model does not have this that is ok, the small part can be cut off or left in place.
